This database contains frequently asked questions regarding web and learning package courses. It does not contain specific course or assignment information. Please contact your instructor if you have questions about your specific course.

Refer to the latest Term Schedule for complete information about current Schedules, Tuition, Registration Dates, Course Listings, etc.

If you are still unable to find an answer to your question, please contact CMU Online by email at cmuonline@cmich.edu or by calling 800-688-4268. CMU Online is staffed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5pm (ET). When emailing, be sure to include your full name, the course you are taking and details about the problem or question you have so it can be answered efficiently and promptly.
